Bundle of SO brand tank tops

The green camo tank is size 10/12 and the yellow & blue ombré tank is size 14/16 however they both appear to be about the same size when measured against each other.
I feel that the yellow & blue tank is closer to a 10/12 so possibly labeled incorrectly or shrunk in the wash.
There is some pilling as shown in the close up pics
