Sold to me as Tiny Baby Soles size 4 (which translates to 12-18mo or 5.5in). There isn't any tag or brand stamp that I can see, but the quality is impeccable and the design is hand painted. Excellent condition - marking very good to be safe as everyone has a different definition of condition. I think we wore once last year. #halloween #costume #costumes
