soft, trim fitting outer. Pair this waterproof outer covering with the cloth inner to make a truly blowout-proof diaper. Used these for about a year. Really nice condition. Used only the esembly detergent, agitators, and all cloth safe products. Pretty large stain inside the one but does not show though to outside The tags have wear but all snaps intact and no fraying I absolutely loved using these diapers. Never had a blow out or accident. Don't plan to have more children so would love for these to go to another home. These are just the outer part which can be used as a swim diaper
