@adelaide33 I am not sure depends how tall the child is. These are the measurements Top Chest. 15 inches Length 17” Pants Length 18.5” It has elastic at the waist I live in NY so we put costume over clothes if cold. My 5 year old was pretty small so this did not fit it was never used and I couldn’t return it last year. Let me know if I can answer any other questions. Thank you.
