This colorful skirt is a repurposed tank dress. It has a few loose stitches on the seam of the elastic waistband, a small hole, and a few minor spots (see all photos.) It still has lots of life left. I have included a photo of some patches. Feel free to let me know which one you would like to cover the hole. The size tag is no longer there, but it seems to be about a 6/7. Laid flat it measures 9” across the waist and it is 20” long. We are including a big bright yellow grosgrain bow on an alligator clip. It has a thin mark on it.
