Description

This is an exquisite vintage dress. It has a very pretty patchwork look 100% cotton print. The dress has puffer sleeves with lace trim on the neckline and waist. It does have a few flaws, but nothing that can't be mended. The lace is fraying on the bottom edge where it connects to the side seams on each side of the waist. The zipper closure on the back has a bit of paint chipping on the pull. There is also a tear in the fabric on the back that could easily be mended with a patch on the inner side of the dress (see photos.) The material is preserved amazingly well. There is no wear or fading to speak of. It is labeled a size 6, but looks a bit small. Laid flat it measures 12 3/4 armpit to armpit, it is 22 3/4 long, and the sleeves are 14” from shoulder seam to wrist hem.
