This is such a fabulous dress! It has lots of twirl and bounce for the girl that loves to spin and dance. The dress even has pockets which is always a nice bonus! The underskirt is mainly hidden, but it is has a dark, lovely bird print. The dress is listed as Play due to multiple flaws. The stitching is coming out in several places around the armholes and it it stretching down the center seam on the top. There is also a tiny faint patch of spots near the waist on the front. Overall, it still looks lovely! This dress is from the It's A Wonderful Parade Spring 2014 Collection.
