Ok...so I personally think this dress is fabulous! But I love the vintage look. The tag is super faded but looks like a size 8. The length is approximately 34 inches long from the highest point of the collar to the bottom of the dress, and the arms measure approximately 19 inches long from the seam down to the wrists. It also comes with a belt posted in the photos. I don't think the collar is considered a "Peter Pan" collar, but it's a little worn. If it wasn't so big for my daughter, I'd keep it, but she wouldn't fit in it for a couple of years!
