This is a Rare Editions Plaid Dress for Girls, Size 4. It is all one piece but looks layered, it has a partial white top that looks like a blouse underneath, and there is a black lining with a netted underhang. The skirt part looks like a real skirt with tucked in shirts, but it is all together. It has normal wash fading but no rips or stains.
