One of my most favorite dresses by Rachel Riley. Blue Floral print with smocked bodice and ruffle collar. Beautiful lace detail on the sleeves and neckline and also at bottom of hem (seamstress left the original hem in case it was ever let out again). Runs a bit small but long. Daughter wore from around 18-22 months. #partywear #floral
