UK size 13/ USA size 1 Primark Chelsea boots. Boots are a chestnut brown color with darker brown elastic sides for easy pull on/off. Technically I think these are boys but pretty gender neutral in my opinion! Listing as good condition for a some small marks/scuffs and the elastic on one side of one of the boots had a little pull so the top of the elastic is a little wonky compared to the others. Has no affect on wear and most pant legs would cover it. See all photos!
