This costume is absolutely stunning!
I think it will fit at about size 4 (3-5 range), but I have included some measurements in the photo for you to use to determine if it will fit on your child. The tag says “20”, but that is a sizing system with which I am unfamiliar. (It might mean 20 inches from shoulder to mid-knee, but I'm not sure.)
The color is peach and it is decorated with sequins on the front side.
Excellent condition overall on the outside. It's possible one or two sequins have fallen off, but I didn't notice any.
There are some stains on the lining inside (pictured) but you wouldn't see them when you wore it.
Three pieces: top, skirt and scarf/shawl
The top has ties on the side that braid up the side and can be loosened or tightened as necessary. It closes with hook fasteners in the back. Fully lined.
The skirt has an elastic waist in the back allowing for comfortable fit. It has a side zipper and clasp. I believe it is meant to be floor-length or nearly floor length. Fully lined.
The scarf has four beaded tassels on each end.
