There are a few loose threads in the embroidery—extremely minor. They might have been like this when the dress was new. I took a picture of what I thought was the most obvious loose thread to show you an example. If bothered, snip it off and problem solved! The only real damage, in my opinion, is a teeny tiny worn spot on the velvet near the seam on the back side —pictured (hardly noticeable). Dress really is in great condition!
Fully lined. Hidden zipper in back.

Washed in unscented detergent. Smoke-free and pet-free.
