This top comes from Girlfriends by Anita and it is VGUC. The tag says size 4T, but in my opinion runs quite small, so I'm listing as size 24M.
It may have originally been part of a 2 piece set, but I don't have the other piece. But I think it works great on its own. It would look so cute with jeans or pink leggings! Features an appliqué of a cute cat face with pink embroidered features.

Washed in unscented detergent. Smoke and pet-free home
