This fuchsia dress is very frilly and pretty. It has a colorful floral print on the top and three tiers of tulle on the skirt. This dress is listed in Play condition due to a few snags in the tulle along with with a side section of tulle that is detached. There is also a pin hole in the liner (see photos.) With a little TLC this dress could look great again! The dress is from The Adventure Begins Spring 2017 Collection.
