This is a lovely top with big flowers and polka dots all over. It has a smocked waist and blue floral print ruffles on the wrists of the sleeves. It is listed in Play condition due to little holes forming at the top of the ruching in each sleeve (see photos.) It looks really good in terms of wash and wear. This is from the Character Counts (Heart, Soul, Pride) Fall 2012 Collection.
