These are from the original American apparel brand before they went out of business. Made in USA! They were sold as swim shorts and marked size 2T but they are tiny!! Better for a 12-18 (likely best fit) or 18-24 months kiddo as track style shorts or swim splash pad shorts.

Play condition for slight red/pink staining throughout. I think it's from color transfer in the wash.
