Purchased in Peru. Embroidered. Tie shoulder so it's adjustable. Vintage styling. We love this romper so much. Only worn a couple times and it's like new!

I'm not actually sure on the size. But I think my daughter wore this when she was around 1. I'll send exact measurements if you're interested.
