Hello! I was wondering does the snow bib have little foot straps to go over boots?

No they don’t, I’ve never seen that on snow pants although I know it is common on rain gear. It does have an elastic band attached to a boot gaiter. I never had any issues with snow getting in and we used it during a record breaking snow year

Patagonia snow pants with zip top bib, 2T. Adjustable shoulder straps. Functional zippered front pocket. Insulated throughout. Two small tears at the bottom of the right leg, one on back and one in front. I have a brand new gore Tex patch from Patagonia that is big enough to patch both holes that I will include with the listing.
