Quilted stitching holds feathers in place throughout entire garment including the hood, so there's never a thin versus puffy look anywhere. Tailoring of the stitching is also done to give a really nice shape to the person wearing it. Double-zipper (top down, bottom up) so your kiddo can unzip it from the bottom for greater range of movement when walking and to make it easier to get in and out of the car.
