This is from German eco brand iobio. GOTS organic cotton fuzzy vest with wooden button closure. Lined in striped cotton. Size 3/4 years but my daughter wore this from 12-18 months (she's tall for her age). I think it fits more like 1-2 years. I can't see it fitting a 4 year old.

Only worn a few times.

As the cotton yarn looks fleece-like it could be cute for a lamb costume or some kind of critter 😺
