This listing is for a premium, made-to-order set of 100% ORGANIC drool pads with one wood teething ring and toy straps, made to fit most brands of soft-structured carrier (Ergo, Beco, Boba, Tula, Lillebaby, etc. - straps approx. 3-3.5" wide).

Keep your baby carrier clean and drool-free in style with a set of organic drool pads! Just snap around your carrier's straps to give baby something clean and safe to chew on while protecting your carrier from drool and reducing the need for washing.

Fabric: Bear Camp in Navy by Birch Organics

+ My drool pads are always made with only 100% GOTS-certified organic fabric, both front and back. The front is made with an adorable certified organic cotton print, and the back is lined with soft, absorbent, unbleached and undyed certified organic cotton terry cloth.

+ Non-toxic and safe for baby to suck and chew on

+ Natural maple teething ring is certified for use as a children's teething toy by the Children's Product Safety Commission, and has been rubbed with a safe mixture of certified organic olive oil and beeswax to condition the wood and prevent splintering. (And just leave a note to seller if you prefer an unfinished wood ring.)

+ Durable and easy to care for! Just remove wood ring and toss in the wash, then hang or tumble dry low. I pre-wash all fabric in natural detergent (and pre-shrink in the dryer) so they're clean and ready to use right away!

WHY?

I love to wear my own babies, but don't like them constantly chewing and sucking on their carrier straps, which, honestly, can be really dirty. And carriers can be a pain to wash and dry (and most manufacturers recommend not washing them frequently), so they don't get washed as often as they should. I started sewing these drool pads to keep my carrier clean, and give my baby something clean, organic and stylish to chew on to her heart's content. Quick and easy to change and wash, they keep everybody safe, clean, and happy. Happy baby, happy mama (and dad, too, of course)!
