Pirate costume. Shorts have felt feel and look kinda messy, but I'm not sure if that's how they came or it's from wear. This is the cutest on! Size 6-12m and as you can see my son was way bigger when he wore. He was in a 18-24m at the time. Maybe it's actually supposed to be pants?
