This is a really beautiful, magical cape that can be worn with all sorts of outfits for any number of occasions. It is lightweight & fits around the shoulders & doesn't hang too low. Made of 2 layers of tulle with sequin accents. One button at the neck; tassels hang from there as well. Can be worn for dress up, as part of a costume, or to accent a dress or holiday outfit. NWT. Made by Velveteen. Marked as "one size fits all." Probably best for sizes 2 to 6 or so. You will definitely get several years' worth of wear out of it. In the photos it looks pink but it's actually "cinnamon" with gold sequins & bright gold tassels
