Description

This NWT (flawed) Forever 21 Black Mini Dress is sleeveless with an empire waist and three bows with embellishments in the center. It is fully lined and includes tulle to give the dress a fuller flare effect. It has a zipper and a hook & eye closure in back. It is new with tags* (with flaws detailed below) and a size small (S).

*Note: This dress has a few light spots on fabric (photo #13) and a flaw on the back zipper. The zipper is still functional (tested), but the thread holding the fabric to the zipper on the right side of the waist band has started coming undone.

FLAW DETAILS:
Photo #10 shows the flawed zipper section at rest; photo #11 shows the fabric pulled slightly so the flaw is more visible; photo #12 shows the dress unzipped and the fabric pulled open so the extent of the flaw is visible. The zipper is functional; however, I cannot sew, so I cannot fix it myself. I would recommend reinforcing the unraveled fabric before wearing so the flaw doesn't continue to worsen as the fabric is stretched by wear.
