Bundle of two lightweight cotton skirts with elastic waist bands.
The blue skirt is by One Step Up and is 95% cotton, 5% spandex (still has the price tag). The black skirt is by A. Byer and has no fabric tag, but I presume it is 100% cotton as it does not seem to have the same kind of stretch as the blue skirt (no price tag, but brand new, unworn).
Size is Girl's Small (S). The black skirt is cut a bit fuller than the blue skirt and has a kick pleat in back. The blue skirt has no kick pleat in back, its front and back are essentially the same.
Price is for the bundle of two skirts (i.e., you are buying both).

I will package anything you purchase with great care. Everything is from my personal wardrobe (petite adult woman), which I obsessively keep in pristine condition. Nothing is from thrift stores or overstocks.
