Brand new, only taken out of packaging to take photos. Does not come with tags. We have too many Valentines Day outfits and needing to purge a few of them. This is a cute piece for that special day. Depicts a dog and valentine symbols print design on a pink background with 3 layered ruffled red sleeves. Size is Large which equals to 5/6 yrs using as just a top. 3-4 years could use as longer style tunic top, maybe even a dress if not too tall, and on this piece and how it's made I would say even a 2 year old could wear it definitely as a dress.
