• Tagged 4, but STH = 27.5” so runs big and may fit better around 6/7, depending on what type of fit you like.
• Beautiful blue almost hydrangea pattern on yellow fabric. Short puffed sleeves, translucent Peter Pan collar and tie waist, long skirt with pin tuck hem.
