Brand new petal dress/tunic top. Handmade by me. Pattern is a size 5 (approx 12” wide and 17” long). Can easily be worn more like a short dress for size 4.....and a top/ tunic for size 5. My daughter wears a size 4 in non stretchy items and this fits like a short dress with room for layering and growth. See measurements. Flamingo pattern with black and white gingham sleeves and pocket. Reverses to chambray.
