This is part of a new clients collection, it was never worn but bought for a Wedding believe. I am now consigning for other so I Won't always know anything besides Measurements and observations! Anyway, New never worn. I can tell it's well made as it has Buttons and hooks, which I love! It is pictured, as are the other details. Including the pin. I can Measure if you want. Also I would say this will not up to a 7 year old, it is fit for a Slim child. Only thing I noticed is this string or rope hanging off the right sleeve. I wasn't sure if it was done on purpose, so I didn't want to cut it, but it may also just be Extra trim from the sleeve. Let me know if you know!! That is also pictured thanks.
