    I wouldn’t say water proof but I would say water resistant. We used it as a rain jacket in the Seattle area and it worked great for that. I hope that is helpful!

North face purple windbreaker with an attached hood in size 6. VGUC, no flaws that I can see. Mesh lining inside. It does allow for the hood to be rolled up and velcroed into the neck. Fantastic jacket!
