This is peak 90's nostalgia infant style. I put 0-3 because the measurements on this are roomy, I think a small newborn would float in this! But check measurements. I could see this in a vintage style “JCPenney “ baby shoot with a good bling beaded headband. There's also a dress I listed that is a similar color and texture in a size 6 (sister set potential?). No flaws, great weight for spring/summer.
