These were all for my daughters and we just never got around to wearing them. So they may have been on her shoe rack and I grabbed an old box and slid them in, or she never wanted to wear them; I will have to double check they are in the actual box they came in if that makes a difference. I have had over 100 pairs of Livie And Luca shoes through the years and have kept boxes and some have been discarded because they get smashed or something.
