I think we used this one time. She is a peanut and mama didn't want to use it till she was in the weight range, she started walking early and we transitioned her to a toddler bed earlier because she was climbing!
There is a small spot on the back, not sure how it got there as this was mostly sitting on the changing table waiting for use.
