Navy blue pleated skirt with attached suspenders. Button holes at waist on the front and back (see pictures). One button on suspenders (both ends of suspenders). Not adjustable. Button closure on left side. Thinking this jumper skirt could be worn as a skirt ONLY by taking the suspenders off. Fabric has a wool feel, but not 100% sure. No manufactures tags attached. The binding at hem area (see last picture) indicates this is a well sewn old-time/vintage jumper. Please see all pictures for an better detailed description.
