This has been worn and washed several times. Any washwear, fading, or piling reflects that. Please look at photos. To me, the elastic waistband seems bigger than a 4. From Its a Wonderful Life line

New Without Tags (NWOT)
Good Used Condition (GUC)-these items have been worn and washed at least once. They may be in excellent condition, or they may have what I believe is normal washwear or fading...I will still only list as GUC. I machine wash and machine dry my clothing. I will be as descriptive as I can about every item.
PLAY-these will have holes or stains...or more significant washwear or fading than GUC. (I try not to list items that have more than a small hole or stain, or that has extreme washwear or fading.
**I WILL NO LONGER BE SAYING ANY LISTING IS EXCELLENT USED CONDITION (EUC) OR VERY GOOD USED CONDITION (VGUC), EVEN IF IT IS.
