New "Old Stock". Sold "As-Is". PIRATE SHIP SEALED IN ORIGINAL BOXED PACKAGING! Has not been removed from manufacturer packaging, just stored. Shelf and/or storage wear to packaging only, item is a NIB "New in Box" unopened toy, see photos to extent of wear on open window box packaging. Review photos and determine for yourself packaging condition and whether or not to bid. Box does have some crushing and creases. Still sealed, unopened. Appears that batteries included are no longer functional and require replacing.
