Description

These are the sweetest big ruffles that are covered in twinkly stars. The middle layer of ruffles is made from a navy blue lace. These pants do have multiple untreated small spots and stains, along with an area of faint pink/purple discoloration on the back of one of the ruffles (see photos.) Overall they still look good. These are size 18 months and from the Paint by Numbers Fall 2013.
