This is a lovely paneled Ellie with tons of twirl! It has prints of gingham, dancers on horses, roses, floral fronds, and diagonal stripes. There are leaves on the roundabout straps and cherries on the sash. Ticket stub ribbon trims half of the bottom of the dress. The dress would be listed as EUC, but it has a fairly large hole in the skirt (see photo.) Some creative mending or a cute patch would make this a lovely upcycled dress. It is from the It's A Wonderful Parade Spring 2014 Collection.
