Description

This is a whimsical dress with a mock layered look. It has a combination of dots and stripes on the top with a smocked waist. The bottom has a pretty fall tree print with a rose ruffle and geo print ribbon. It has tons of twirl and is perfect for fall. The dress is in VGUC with slight signs of wash and wear and some very faint marks on the sleeves (see photos.) This is from the Friends Forever Fall 2015 Collection.
