This was previously a 0-3m romper and was converted into pants and then the tag reattached that was previously at the neckline. We wore these from 0-3 through 12 months. Waist is a soft stretchy shirred waist. I wish more pants for infants were designed this way. So comfy! Please don't hesitate to ask questions since this is a unique item.
