This was a great suit for lap swimming. I got my exercise during my pregnancy when I just couldn't run anymore (the pressure on my bladder and feet was terrible!!)
I think this would be a good suit to just hang out at the pool / beach. It's modest and never gave me a wedgie.
I'm 5'2” and at the end of my pregnancies I was at 155 pounds. (I swam to the end) they say that it runs small - i would have been a small pre-pregnancy. So the medium was good for me. I'm sorry I cut out the tag bc it was annoying but I promise it was medium.
