What color is this? Light blue? Also, how does it run? Some of their stuff runs small but not necessarily everything. Thanks!!

@bellamarie I feel like it is pretty true to size. I have a taller boy who is around 38” and will be turning 3 soon and it is too short for him. The color is blue, I added a close up picture.
