(18) Kirchhof Birthday Party Noisemakers Kitschy Clown Prop Newark NJ USA Vtg. These noisemakers are in vintage pre-owned pre-cherished condition. There are noticeable flaws such as discoloration or signs of use. Two have distinct issues however ALL are still functional. One is missing a wooden ball to make noise on the back side, it still works, see photos. On another, the tin holding the noisemaker in place broke, however it can still be held in place and still works, see photos.
