Little Bird by Jools Oliver hooded royal blue terrycloth romper / swim cover that zips up the front, has a hot air balloon appliqué on one side of the chest. Size 1 1/2 to 2 years (we wore it around 18 months). No holes or stains noted, minor wear on the fabric (nature of terrycloth).
