@wonka724 I would go with the 2 if you are buying it for the cruise. I feel like the main difference in sizing is the length so it would be a personal preference. My girls wore this for Easter and a rehearsal dinner in the summer but I just want to let you know the fabric is a thick fabric with an underskirt.
