JohnnieB Navy and White Striped sleeveless dress girls size small. Orange waistband under some small ruffle details and flowy bottom. 100% Cotton. This dress is in play condition. The dress itself is fine but there is some staining on the skirt portion. I did try to display them in the photos, but it doesn't come across well. They are not noticeable unless you look for them though! I also think this dress runs a bit big, please see measurements.
