How do these run? My daughter is chunky and 22 pounds. Do you think these would be too tight?

@rachel Hi Rachel. The last time I made a guess, I got it wrong, so instead I measured. The shorts are 8 inches across laying flat. They are soft and stretchy, but have a snug fit. (As in they don’t offer a LOT of stretch with the thick waist band.) Does that help?
