#handmade by me. 100% cotton with a 5/8" gentle elastic waistband and 1/4" gentle elastic leg openings. Mint green fabric with adorable #retro and #pastel colored ice cream cones. This fabric is absolutely adorable. Fits true to size and can be worn high-waisted up at belly button or pulled down to fit like a normal bloomer would. Pair with a solid colored crop top and she is ready for a warm weekend!
