Perfect outfit for a circus entertainer or clown costume. Or even use for popcorn costume. Top is a boxy fit with two snaps on each shoulder for easy on and off. Shorts have elastic on back. And can easily be taken out in order to fit better if too tight. Shorts look more like a skirt because of wide leg openings.
